Our RAPIDTEST 38® makes it easy to test the surface energy of pre-treated plastics.
The RAPIDTEST 38® enables very precise testing of the surface energy after pre-treatment of plastics such as PP and PE. The RAPIDTEST 38® test ink is suitable for corona, plasma and flame testing. A treatment can be recognised immediately by a closed colour stroke; necessary corrections to the pre-treatment can be deduced from the beading of the test ink.
The RAPIDTEST 38® is a particularly easy-to-use test device that has proven itself in daily use by manufacturers of films and moulded parts.

arcospray® 38
The arcospray® 38 test ink is a test liquid with a surface tension of 38 mN/m. It has been designed to quickly detect whether the surface is grease-free, as values equal or greater than that mean freedom from grease.
After its application, arcospray® 38 can be removed without residue using oil-free clean blower air (compressed air). Tested parts can be used further. arcospray 38 makes it possible to quickly and easily assess large and small surfaces, such as chain links, alike.

arcotest® ORGANIC test inks are green test fluids with a defined surface tension. They have been specially developed to provide non-toxic, non-hazardous-labelled inks. The application and handling of arcotest® ORGANIC are based on DIN 53364 and ISO 8296.
ORGANIC Test Inks are label-free according to the Ordinance on Hazardous Substances (EU) No. 1272/2008 (CLP).
The arcotest® ORGANIC Test Inks are available in bottles or in pens.

Test pens should not be used if the surface is contaminated, as residual contamination from the test surface can remain in the felt of the pens and falsify later values.
